How long will it take to receive my Brincaluz order?
We ship all our orders via Correos. The usual delivery time is between 24 and 72 working hours, depending on your location. Please note that shipments are made from Monday to Friday, and may be affected by national, local, or city holidays in León, where our store is located. You can also select the option to pick up your order at our physical store in León if you prefer.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.95 for the entire peninsula. However, if your order exceeds €55, shipping is free. The amount will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Can I pick up my order at the Brincaluz physical store?
Of course! If you are in or near León, you can select the in-store pickup option during the purchase process. Our physical store is located at Calle Victoriano Crémer, N.º 8 – 24007 – León. We will notify you when your order is ready for convenient, no-additional-cost pickup.

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied with it?
Yes. At Brincaluz, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. You just need to contact us by phone (601 55 88 48) or email (info@brincaluz.com) and provide us with your order number.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging and labeling. In the case of footwear, returns will not be accepted without the original box.
Are there products that cannot be returned?
Yes. Returns will not be accepted for products that:
- Have been used or are not in their original condition
- Do not include the original packaging and labeling
- In the case of footwear, if not returned with the original box
Returns sent cash on delivery are also not accepted. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a return so we can assist you with the process.
What guarantee do Brincaluz products have?
All products sold by Brincaluz are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. If an item has a problem within this period and the manufacturer confirms the defect, we commit to repairing it, replacing it with a new one, or refunding the amount, as appropriate.
The costs of collecting the defective product and shipping the new or repaired one are borne by Brincaluz.
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
If, upon receiving your order, you find that a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible by phone (601 55 88 48) or email (info@brincaluz.com). We will review your case and, if the defect is covered by the warranty, we will proceed to repair it, replace it, or refund the amount, whichever is most appropriate.
We will cover the shipping costs in these cases. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
